The Photograph Above

This photograph was taken by Ariel's sister Rinn at Stage Fort Park in Gloucester, MA. (Thanks to Rinn for such a beautiful image to share on our site.) Just north of Boston on Cape Ann, Gloucester is a beautiful place for us to raise Aydon. Aydon is our son, the short one on top, and we love him very much. He has enjoyed being in Gloucester and loves the outdoors. This particular day had a spectacular sunset and we took advantage of it. Ariel, the second shortest on the left, wanted a great photo of us for the site and when her sister came to town we decided to give it a shot. If you haven't guessed, I'm on the right holding on to a very rambunctious Aydon. That evening we took a lot of photos. Some of us, some of the girls and of course, some of just Aydon, but this image just felt right to share. We hope it doesn't scare anyone off.

A Boston Based Wedding Photography Team

We are Ariel and Matt - together we make up AMWPhotos. We live with our son Aydon in beautiful Gloucester, MA. Matt and I met as roommates our first year at New England School of Photography. I locked us out of our apartment the day we moved in. Working together we broke in to our second story home and from that day forward we have been friends. We spent the next two years of school together, collaborating on class assignments and photography projects. Now we've taken on bigger ventures - as business partners and raising our baby together. Our styles complement each other in life, business and photography. We work as a team to capture your wedding day in a fun, creative and unobtrusive manner, presenting you with emotionally-rich and colorful photographs for you to cherish.

When we aren't immersed in our photography you can find us out with our son Aydon, introducing him to our other love - the outdoors.
